Return & Exchanges
-Online purchases made through the Site are valid for store credit within 5 days from the received date. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your change reasons including your invoice number.
- You will received the answer by email and the address where send the package back to us.
-You must return the piece in the same conditions that you receive it unwashed and unworn, including all tags . Parts in poor condition will not be accepted for changes.
-Accessories and bodysuit are final sale, have no exchange.
-The Pieces with special discounts have no exchange.
-Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds.
-Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your package to process your change. You will be notified via email when your return is processed with online credit issued.
-The client covers the shipping cost for changes. Shipping fees are not refundable.
-Is customer responsibility check the delivery status with the return tracking number
-Is optional to you apply insurance coverage to your package and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.
-Eve's Clothing and More Inc is NOT responsible for damaged, missing or packages LOST IN TRANSIT.

Term & Conditions
• Always check how the sizes run before making the purchase, as the measurements may vary (some run large and others small see the sizes chart attached to the description of each piece).
• For purchases outside of the United States, you must have membership in a Courier for the delivery of the pieces.
• If your package has not arrived within 7 days after delivery, you must notify Evesclothing.
• The customer must track their package with the tracking number provided by Evesclothing.
• We accept credit / debit cards / PayPal.
